The Service operates on a prepaid credit system. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when you generate content. Prices are shown at checkout and payable in USDT (cryptocurrency) or via PayPal.

Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money. Consumed credits are non-refundable. Because generation incurs real-time third-party costs, we do not provide refunds for successfully generated content.

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:

• is illegal, infringes others' intellectual property, or violates any right;
• depicts non-consensual, sexual, or exploitative material, including of minors;
• impersonates a real person or creates deceptive deepfakes without consent;
• is defamatory, harassing, hateful, or promotes violence;
• attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without refund.

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable third-party model terms, you own the outputs you generate and may use them for personal or commercial purposes. You are solely responsible for how you use generated content and for ensuring you hold the rights to any inputs you upload.

Content is produced by automated AI models and may be inaccurate, unexpected, or resemble existing works. We make no guarantee that outputs are unique, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose, and you are responsible for reviewing content before use.

We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We are not liable for downtime or for failures of third-party providers or blockchain networks.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cinelo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or content. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Cinelo harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
